Day 4 ….. Not So Much….

Well, you get a post from me today. The wind is blowing at extra insane levels today…..

Brian has completed his fourth day of treatment. This was the second round of chemotherapy. He woke up this morning pretty darn drained because he wasn’t able to sleep much at all last night due to the increasing pain from the tumor in his back. This of course got the day started off, not the best on the best foot.

Treatment went just fine, of course. But as soon as we got home, he got changed and I made him go lay down. He has no appetite and he’s very uncomfortable.

I am hoping that he’s actually getting some real rest in there. I’m also hoping and praying that he’ll have some sort of an appetite when he gets up in a while.

I do believe it is safe to assume that the pain he is experiencing is from the tumor being attacked, and therefore it’s getting inflamed and causing more pain in there. This of course is a good sign if that’s what it’s doing because we want that tumor to die. But that naturally comes with pain on Brian’s side of things… and that sucks. I would take his place in a heartbeat if I could.

Please send up some extra prayers for him tonight, so he can get some rest and get his appetite back sooner than later. ♥️
