Proving Them Wrong!

Hi everyone!   

Can I just say how thankful I am that my best friend was able to post that update last night? What an insanely wild ride this has been…… no words could really describe it – but wow. Just wow. In a time where our world has seemingly gone mad, in the midst of this storm, we have found calm. Faith in Jesus is where it is at. I can’t imagine facing the daily struggles of the chaos in our world without HIM, let alone the cancer struggle bus thrown into the mix for us!

So, the Lord gets all the glory for healing my hubby and proving those doctors WRONG. I love that they are labeling his case “strange”…… haha. I want to correct them and say, “You mean, miraculous, right?”…..

Anyhow, I won’t add a big post here – but we are getting questions about Brian’s diet and treatment – so I just want to share our resources and my two cents for anyone facing a cancer battle (or even avoiding one with preventative measures!)  - If you get a cancer diagnosis, always get a second opinion. Never just listen to the first doctor out of fear or trust them because they are the “experts”….

Be an advocate for YOURSELF or your loved one. Speak up. Don’t let them dictate to you what you will do or won’t do.
RESEARCH. RESEARCH. RESEARCH.
Know that cancer doesn’t have to be a death sentence, I don’t care what those doctors say.
Curing cancer doesn’t make them money – don’t forget that.
Listen to your body. Use common sense.
Don’t let the doctors tell you that you should just eat, drink and be merry with what’s left of your life. Instead, dig deep – put in the work, make the changes, and fight. FIGHT.

I think that if you were going to read only one book to help shed light and give you guidance in the battle to beating cancer… this is a MUST read:

How to Starve Cancer…. And then Kill it With Ferroptosis – Jane McClelland is brilliant – she’s a survivor. Page after page as I read, I felt like she was speaking from OUR experience in SO many ways. It is truly a game changer….. life altering. Read it.

Along with reading this book, at the very least, having a phone consultation with Dr. Robert Eslinger at Reno Integrative Medical Center is an absolute must if you are looking at being treated for ANY type of cancer. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bob and his team. Patients come from all across the country (and world) to see him…. Why? Because there aren’t many doctors out there willing to put their careers on the line to treat cancer patients with these methods. Big Pharma doesn’t want the Dr. Bobs of the world to exist. The treatments/methods are all safe, they are proven to WORK.

We do know that this is a journey we will be on until we go home to be with Jesus, for ETERNITY. But we are thrilled that we get to do it, well equipped and together. We are blessed to be able to share what we have learned with all of you.
